Our Story
It all started in 2020 when Jody was buying his first home.
He showed up to his inspection not really sure what to expect, thinking it was just a typical step in the home buying process. When he arrived, he watched his inspector climb through the attic and crawlspace, and for some reason thought, ‘I should do this!’

​A few years later, Jody began searching for a new career. The idea of inspecting homes and helping people with such an important decision kept coming back to him. He realized he could blend his knowledge of homes with his ability to connect with people, providing a service that not only helped clients but also supported his own family.
