Marble Inspections was founded in 2022 to make home inspections personal, professional, and trustworthy. We help homeowners, buyers, and real estate professionals make confident decisions about their properties. Our team combines technical expertise with a friendly, approachable style to provide peace of mind with every inspection.

Our Story

The journey began in 2020 when Jody, our founder, was buying his first home. Like many first-time buyers, he wasn’t sure what to expect from a home inspection. Watching the inspector explore every corner of the house, he thought, “I could do this. I want to help people make these important decisions.”


A few years later, Jody decided to turn that vision into a career, blending his knowledge of homes with his ability to connect with people. That’s how Marble Inspections was born—built on integrity, knowledge, and a genuine desire to serve

Our Growth

Starting a business in real estate during late 2022 was challenging. Rising interest rates and a slower housing market made things difficult, but persistence and a love for helping clients allowed Marble Inspections to grow steadily.


In 2024, Laine joined as an administrative assistant, keeping operations smooth. In 2025, Braden became our second inspector, helping the team serve even more clients while maintaining the high standards that define every inspection.


Despite growing, our commitment remains the same: every inspection is performed with dedication, professionalism, and a personal touch.

A Message From Jody

"In order to earn someone's business they have to know, like, and trust you. I'd like to tell you about myself regarding those things. 1) KNOW- I'm all about family. My family is the number one thing in my life, and I understand that when I take care of you and your family, it benefits my family. 2) LIKE- Personally, I like people who make the world a better place. One way I'm trying to do that is through foster care. My wife and I have been foster parents for 2+ years, and we hope that we can be a blessing to our foster kids, because they are such a blessing to us! I like people who do good things, maybe you do too. 3) TRUST- I believe trust is earned. There's not much I can say to earn your trust, but maybe what others are saying will convince you!
