About Us

It all started in 2020 when Jody was buying his first home.
He showed up to his inspection not really not really sure what to expect, he just thought this was a typically step in the home buying process. When he arrive he watched his inspector climb through the attic and crawlspace, and for some reason thought, I should do this!

​A few years later, Jody began searching for a new career. The idea of inspecting homes—and helping people with such an important decision—kept coming back to him. He realized he could blend his knowledge of homes with his ability to connect with people, providing a service that not only helped clients but also supported his own family.​

​

So, in 2022, Marble Inspections was born.

​

Starting a business in the real estate world during the last half of 2022 wasn't for the faint of heart. Interest rates were rising and fewer homes were selling, ​But through hard work, persistence, and a genuine love for serving clients, Marble Inspections began to grow.

​

By 2024, Laine joined as an administrative assistant, bringing calm to the chaos and keeping the business running smoothly. In 2025, Braden came on board as the first additional inspector, expanding the team’s ability to serve even more clients.

​

And even though the team is growing, one thing will never change: every inspection is still done with the same dedication, professionalism, and personal touch that started it all.

Owner / Inspector

Jody Marble

Hello! My name is Jody Marble. I'm the owner and lead inspector of Marble Inspections. My family is the most important thing about me! I have a beautiful wife, two girls (not pictured), and a baby boy. I grew up in Oklahoma, but have called Tennessee home since 2010. I attended Freed-Hardeman University, which is a small christian school in Henderson, TN. I majored in Bible and served as a minister for 10+ years. I also have experience working in wood-working, electrical, real estate, general construction, and residential and commercial retail.

Administrative Assistant

Laine Macario

Hi! I’m the Administrative Assistant here at Marble Inspections. I help keep things organized behind the scenes—whether it’s scheduling inspections, answering questions, or making sure everything runs smoothly for our team and clients. I’m here to make the process easier, more efficient, and always friendly.

I’m an outgoing person who enjoys going to the beach and spending time in nature. On weekends, I love having quality time with my family.

Braden Klope

Hello! My name is Braden Klope. I'm a lifelong resident of Wilson County, Tennessee and glad to call this community home. I'm very happily married, and we are expecting our first child soon. I love spending time with my family and enjoy pursuing hobbies like home renovation, hunting and fishing. I'm also active in my church and value integrity and attention to detail- traits that serve me well in my work as a home inspector. My goal is to provide every client with honest, thorough inspections they can trust.

A Message From Jody

"In order to earn someone's business they have to know, like, and trust you. I'd like to tell you about myself regarding those things. 1) KNOW- I'm all about family. My family is the number one thing in my life, and I understand that when I take care of you and your family, it benefits my family. 2) LIKE- Personally, I like people who make the world a better place. One way I'm trying to do that is through foster care. My wife and I have been foster parents for 2+ years, and we hope that we can be a blessing to our foster kids, because they are such a blessing to us! I like people who do good things, maybe you do too. 3) TRUST- I believe trust is earned. There's not much I can say to earn your trust, but maybe what others are saying will convince you!
